乐居买房讯据合富研究院数据显示，2021年12月珠海商品房网签共5479套，环比上涨13%，网签面积共379724㎡，环比上涨14%。
从去年12月珠海住宅网签排名来看，位于香洲区的恒大林溪郡再登第一，住宅网签共259套；位于横琴的华发横琴湾网签成交139套，排名第二；位于斗门的华发又一城排名第三，网签成交108套。
