格隆汇12月31日丨百勤油服(02178.HK)发布公告，2021年12月30日，公司直接全资附属公司百勤控股与百勤惠州订立补充协议，据此，订约方同意将余下代价的付款日期由2021年12月31日延长至2022年12月31日。由于集团毋须进一步提供资金，预期延期不会对集团的财务状况造成任何重大不利影响。
