11月10日，十堰市张湾区柏林镇鄂西北蔬菜育苗中心，村民们在移栽辣椒苗（右图）。该基地建有100亩温室育苗大棚，年育20多种800万株蔬菜苗，满足了省内外蔬菜种苗需求，促进当地农民增收。
