证券时报e公司讯，上海电气(601727)11月15日晚间公告，上海电气（集团）总公司拟将其持有的公司5%股份无偿划转予上海国投公司。本次股份无偿划转完成后上市公司的控股股东仍为电气总公司，实际控制人仍为上海市国资委。
