徐悲鸿（1895-1953），杰出的现代画家和美术教育家。
徐悲鸿被称为“中国现代美术教育的奠基者”，主张发展“传统中国画”的改良，徐悲鸿在绘画创作上，提倡“尽精微，致广大”。其创作题材非常广泛，山水、花鸟、走兽、人物、历史、神话，无不落笔有神，栩栩如生。
