智通财经APP讯，仁德资源(08125)发布公告，截至2021年9月30日止6个月中期，该公司实现收益3264.4万港元，同比增加9.04%，股东应占亏损683.9万港元，同比扩大72.70%，基本每股亏损0.04港仙。
公告称，集团期内亏损增加乃由于公共屋邨工程及维修服务所需督导以及管理和行政服务而付的项目管理费增加约160万港元及贸易及其他应收款项减值拨备增加约110万港元。
