智通财经APP讯，中远海控(01919)发布公告，2021年10月18日，公司接到公司控股股东中国远洋海运集团有限公司(中远海运集团)通知，中远海运集团通过上海证券交易所交易系统增持了公司A股股份790万股。
基于对公司未来发展前景的信心，对公司投资价值的认可。中远海运集团或其附属公司拟增持公司股份的总金额不低于10亿元人民币，且不超过20亿元人民币(含本次已增持股份)。
