25CrMoV属于国标合金结构钢，执行标准：GB /T 3077-1999
25CrMoV此材料为中碳耐热钢。强度和韧性均高。低于500℃时，高温性能良好，无热脆倾向，淬透性较好，切削加工性尚可，冷变形塑性中等，焊接性差。一般可在调质状态下使用，也可在正火及高温回火后使用。
25Cr2MoV化学成分如下图：

Si：0.17～0.37
Mn：0.40～0.70
Cr：0.8～1.5
Mo：0.25～0.35
V：0.15～0.30
