9月23日，顺丰在其官网发表声明称，顺丰会在9月29日下架“签收确认”增值服务产品。
此前浙江省消保委发文称，顺丰提供的一项名称为“签收确认”的收费增值服务，擅自把“签收确认”从应尽的法定义务中拆分出来，涉嫌巧立名目收费，侵害消费者合法权益。
