证券时报e公司讯，海陆重工(002255)9月22日晚间公告，公司此前与中电投达坂城公司签署《预收购协议》，公司原拟以不低于10.25亿元的价格出售持有的海陆新能源100%股权。现由于双方未能就本次出售资产事宜的关键问题达成一致意见，决定终止《预收购协议》。
