智通财经APP讯，利亚德(300296.SZ)发布公告，自2021年7月19日至2021年8月6日，公司股票收盘价格已满足连续30个交易日中至少15个交易日的收盘价格超过当期转股价格的130%，触发了有条件赎回条款的相关约定，公司董事会决定本次不行使“利德转债”提前赎回权;同时决定在未来6个月内(即2021年8月7日至2022年2月6日)“利德转债”再触发赎回条款时，均不行使提前赎回权，不提前赎回“利德转债”。
