证券时报e公司讯，燕京啤酒(000729)7月30日晚间公告，北京控股集团财务有限公司拟将注册资本由20.09亿元增至36.85亿元，公司决定对北京控股集团财务有限公司以1.34元/股的价格同比例现金增资2.49亿元。增资前后，公司持股比例均为11.08%。
