近日，《南通市矿产资源总体规划（2021-2025年）》在江苏省率先通过专家组论证。该规划编制成果是南通“十四五”期间矿产资源发展的纲领性文件，是实现资源保障、生态优先、绿色发展总体目标的制度保障。
