中证网讯（记者 王博）时代新材（600458）7月27日晚间公告，公司决定购买时代新材（香港）有限公司所持有的 CRRC New Material Technologies GmbH（新材德国）9.37%股权，购买价格为1654.09万欧元。本次股权转让后，公司将持有新材德国 100%股份。
