7月23日晨9时许，在郑州京广路隧道入口处，隧道内水位已经明显下降。现场工作人员表示，隧道内积水还要五六个小时就能抽完。工作人员说，救援队21日下午5点半来到京广路隧道抽水，机器设备24小时运转。工作人员介绍，目前隧道内水位还有一米。
