7月17日上午，洛阳师范学院新闻与传播学院李正学院长在汝阳县团县委姜巍伟书记和十八盘乡中心校李冬校长的陪同下来到汝阳县十八盘乡中心小学，慰问洛阳师范学院新闻与传播学院“益”起推普爱心实践队，为实践队的队员们带来了方便面、西瓜以及生活用品等。李正学院长受到了十八盘乡中心小学校长董新立的接见。
