北京顺义的王先生在清晨骑自行车时，撞死了一位横穿马路的老人。王先生认为，当时镇政府未开路灯，存在重大过错，于是起诉当地镇政府索赔24万元，该案于今年3月31日开庭审理。
近日，顺义法院一审判决驳回原告王先生的全部诉讼请求。
