智通财经APP讯，艾硕控股(08341)发布公告，根据公司于2019年9月30日采纳的购股权计划，于2021年7月12日，公司向若干合资格参与者授出合共2000万份购股权，购股权的行使价为每股0.01美元，有效期自2021年7月12日起至2024年7月11日(包括首尾两日)。
在上述2000万份购股权之中，1200万份购股权已获授予公司及其附属公司的若干董事及主要股东，而剩余购股权已授予公司一名雇员。
