智通财经APP讯，新意网集团(01686)公布，于2021年7月7日，公司的附属公司互联优势与业主就互联优势(作为租户)向业主租用该物业(为一幢位于中国香港新界粉岭的六层高仓库大厦)订立租约协议，租期自2023年6月1日起至2034年10月31日止(包括首尾两日)为期十一年五个月，用作提供数据中心服务。
