智通财经APP讯，东方钽业(000962.SZ)发布公告，公司监事会近日收到职工代表监事王宏先生、代新年先生的书面辞职报告。王宏先生、代新年先生因个人原因，申请辞去公司职工代表监事。辞去职工代表监事后，仍在公司任职。
公司于2021年6月28日召开了第三届职工代表大会，会议选举魏军祥先生、陈鹏先生为公司职工代表监事，任期同第八届监事会。
