近日，水利部印发《关于表彰全面推行河长制湖长制先进集体和先进个人的决定》，河北省秦皇岛市河湖长服务中心等5个单位被授予“全面推行河长制湖长制工作先进集体”称号，秦皇岛市北戴河区戴河镇党委书记，戴河北戴河区戴河镇段乡级河长李江华等15名同志被授予“全国优秀河（湖）长”称号。
