近日，由公安部起草的道路交通安全法(修订建议稿)公开征求意见。此次修订建议稿中明确了对“代扣分”行为的惩处。新增加的规定从“代扣分”的组织者到参与者，再到实际违法者均有相应的处罚规定，可谓进行了全链条打击。
