据浙江温州瓯海区政府新闻办官方微博3月30日通报，30日下午，温州市瓯海区人大常委会副主任黄建春同志在家自缢身亡。据初步调查，该同志患有严重心脏疾病，长期失眠并服用药物。对黄建春同志不幸去世，我们深表痛心！
