近日，朝阳区甘露园东里1号楼西侧一处违法建筑被依法拆除。
该处违建面积约40平方米，为砖混结构，其中三间仓库，一间住房，涉及住户两人，为“三合一”场所。
据悉，该处是派出所在“扫黄打非”工作中发现，查证过程中检查出其为违法建设。
