财经网科技3月5日讯，据新京报消息，全国人大代表、广东省律师协会会长肖胜方建议，应立法保障平台从业者休息的权利，工作时间不应超过12小时，实行最低工资制度。在社会保险方面，应设立平台从业者职业伤害保险。
