挖贝网 2月25日消息，达刚控股（300103）发布公告称，公司董事曹文兵之子曹若水近期频繁买卖公司股票，短线交易所得收益 1200 元已全部上缴公司。
据介绍， 曹若水于2020 年 12 月 18 日至 2021年 2 月 10 日期间共对达刚控股股票进行了5次交易、其中，4次买入1.6万股达刚控股股票，1次卖出3000股。
按照“最高卖价减去最低买价”的从严计算方法，曹若水本次短线交易产生的收益为：交易数量 3000 股×（卖出价 9.57 元/股-买入价 9.17 元/股）=1200元。按照相关规定，曹若水先生本次短线交易所得收益 1200 元已全部上缴公司。
