从昨天傍晚开始，岛城出现了大风天气，能见度大增，就连天上的星空都十分通透。2月16日，岛城市区依然出现大风天气，低空的白云在蔚蓝的天空飘过，尽管风力不小，但是让人感觉空气十分的清新。
