中新网客户端12月18日电 中央经济工作会议12月16日至18日在北京举行。会议提出，要牢牢守住18亿亩耕地红线，坚决遏制耕地“非农化”、防止“非粮化”，规范耕地占补平衡。要建设国家粮食安全产业带，加强高标准农田建设，加强农田水利建设，实施国家黑土地保护工程。要提高粮食和重要农副产品供给保障能力。要加强农业面源污染治理。
