根据市重污染天气监测预警组会商研判，受地面高压影响，近地面风力加大，我市气象扩散条件逐步转好，2020年12月3日0时起，未来36小时以上，达到轻度污染及以下级别。按照《忻州市重污染天气应急预案》有关规定，经市重污染天气应急指挥部批准，决定于2020年12月3日0时起，解除忻州市重污染天气橙色预警，停止二级响应。
