本周多短波槽东移，徐州以云系变化为主。其中，1日午后到2日早晨前后部分地区有零星小雨或小雨夹雪，6日后期受高空槽的影响还有降水过程。2日夜里到3日有冷空气南下，气温下降，4日和5日早晨气温较低。本周最低气温零下5℃左右，最高气温10℃左右。
本周前中期处在高压底部的东北气流里，风力正常略偏大。4日起低空逆温增强，风力偏小，不利于污染物的稀释和扩散。
