翼城县南梁镇牛家坡村，种植2.3亩的金丝皇菊喜获丰收。今年以来，在县委组织部的帮助指导下，牛家坡村党支部积极探索以“党建引领”+“特色农业”＋“农户发展”的新路径，通过“种-产-深加工-销”的模式，开始种植金丝皇菊，并利用村里的茶坊进行深加工，制作成金丝皇菊茶，亩产效益可达到8千元以上。（中国日报山西记者站 摄影：胡波）
