今年已经80岁的李安民，是国家级非物质文化遗产大同铜器制作技艺的传承人，他身上印刻着大同工匠的精神。40多年来，他见证了铜火锅这项非物质文化遗产的兴衰。如今，他把大同铜火锅带到全国文博会以及工艺纪念品大赛，让大同铜火锅声名远扬。
