最近在看房准备买个学区不错或者好出租的，山南发展起来估计还早不考虑了！看了京澳广场、环球之光、远宏书香、阳光国际城、世贸观天下、舜耕中都！！！
楼盘比较新的有的有新政税，但是看学区给我搞蒙了，各种新小区是分校的套路，有比较懂的朋友吗？求指导赐教啊
