9月13日，澎湃新闻（www.thepaper.cn）从江苏南通市启东市公安局微博@启东市公安局获悉，9月12日15时许，刘某某（女，62岁）向公安机关报警，称将妯娌朱某（女，61岁，均为当地人）杀害。接报后，警方迅速到达现场抢救处置。目前，受害人朱某已遇害，嫌疑人刘某某已被警方控制。侦查工作正在进一步进行中。
