为方便市民开展咨询，8月10日至9月10日，海口市教育局将设置“海口市教育局义务教育招生咨询窗口”，地点为海口市海甸岛三西路15号(海口市考试中心一楼)。
该窗口工作时间为8：30—12：00，14：00—17：30，海口市教育局招生咨询电话为68724610。工作日的上述时间段内窗口均有人负责现场答疑及接听电话，市民可到现场咨询或拨打电话询问。
