河北辛集市（当时是束鹿县）抢劫案犯藏匿法院工作23年之久！嫌犯之一赵智勇（也作 “ 赵志勇 ”），作案时 28 岁。次年他从部队转业进入法院系统，此后长期从事案件执行工作，2015 年升任法院执行局副局长。工作期间，他成绩优秀，被同事们戏称为 “ 赵大拿 ”。
