网友爆料：房主单方面反悔合同约定，且不同意和解。不给买方退双倍定金，扬言必须打官司才给退。中介方长春合众房地产 ，房子没交易成功，但是也不退中介费，签订的合同一堆漏洞。定金应该中介保管，结果没经买方同意，也没按合同条款，直接把钱给甲方了！
