当地时间30日，阿富汗塔利班发言人沙欣（Suhail Shaheen）在社交媒体上表示，塔利班在巴尔赫省、昆都士省、洛加尔省、帕克蒂亚省、霍斯特省和帕克蒂卡省共释放了73名阿安全部队成员。截至目前塔利班共释放了420名阿政府方面在押人员。（总台记者 李霜溪）
