记者了解到，根据即墨区龙山街道办事处的消息，东程哥庄、西程哥庄村已列入拆迁计划，正在与开发企业进行方案论证。
据即墨经济开发区管委落实，即墨区盟旺山北侧的空地也都有规划。据介绍，该空地分为四个地块，分别为：商业用地、旅馆用地、供电用地、公园绿地。目前供电用地已经征收，正在办理划拨手续，方案未上报。其余地块土地未征收。
