12月6日，泰兴市人民检察院提起公诉的泰兴市济川街道跃进社区原党总支副书记、居委会副主任曹新国非国家工作人员受贿案一审宣判，法院认定曹新国犯非国家工作人员受贿罪，依法判处有期徒刑二年五个月，没收违法所得人民币57万元。
检察机关指控的犯罪事实和量刑建议均被采纳。
