8月22日，枣庄市公安局交巡警支队公布“酒驾”严重违法驾驶人名单，391名“酒司机”被实名曝光。
据悉，根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第九十一条、九十二条、第一百零一条等相关规定，公安机关对这391名酒驾驾驶人作出了驾证记12分、罚款1000元、暂扣驾证6个月的处罚。
