近日，黑龙江的王先生称自己使用湖南郴州联通尾号9999号码，办理过户期间，遭联通人员刁难，辱骂。他称投诉后，号码突然被注销。湖南联通客服人员表示，公司确实无权随便销户，此事情况复杂。律师表示，通信公司随意销号是违法行为。
