5月16日，韶关市翁源县因为暴雨袭来，道路四处是积水。中午11点半放学期间，翁源交警大队协警郭伟锋正在龙仙第一小学的护学岗上疏导交通秩序。当看到没穿雨鞋的小学生被积水挡住回家路，郭伟锋立即上前在确认小学生需要帮助后，把20多名小学生背着或者抱着安全地渡过积水。
