季孙公墓位于河南省荥阳市虎牢关西南两公里潘窑村南，占地10亩。坐南向北，墓冢高3.6米、直径15米。墓前石碑一通，螭龙碑额、长方碑身、龟型碑趺、碑宽1.2米、高5.7米，大书“潘姓始祖季孙公之墓”
