长沙晚报掌上长沙10月10日讯 据三湘都市报报道， 10月9日，长沙市黄兴中路五一广场南侧，一台送货车停在蓝色临停车位上卸货。为缓解五一商圈道路禁停与上下客的矛盾，长沙交警近期在部分路段推出临时停靠的蓝色车位，即停即走，不能超过一分钟的时间。停车超过一分钟，将按照主干道违停进行扣3分、罚款100元的处罚。
