对于视频网站来说，推送会员专属广告，既满足广告主需要，又可收会员费用盈利，一箭双雕。于是，视频网站就很干净利落的把VIP用户给卖了。不过，很显然，视频网站这种举动，已经涉嫌构成欺诈，侵犯消费者合法权益，也涉嫌广告虚假宣传。只是目前，大多数用户也就是吐槽两句，没人站出来维权罢了。
