挖贝网讯 7月4日消息，近日金铠建科（831141）发公告称董事会于2018年7月2日收到副总经理张泽英递交的辞职报告。张泽英辞职后不再担任公司其它职务。
据挖贝网了解，张泽英持有金铠建科3.01%股份。张泽英因个人原因，辞去公司副总经理的职务。
金铠建科表示张泽英的辞职不会影响公司生产、经营的正常开展和进行。
