唐山市住房和城乡建设局发布《关于河联园小区经济适用住房开始受理购买申请的通知》， 唐山市住房保障管理中心自 2018年7月3日重新开始受理 中心区(路北、路南、高新区)范围内的住房困难家庭购买河联园小区经济适用住房申请。
此前，唐山市住房和城乡建设局网站发布消息，河联园小区经济适用住房自2017年11月27日起，暂停受理。
