网友曝料，4月20日，沧州南皮县一在建小区——宏宇龙湖湾楼顶发生火灾，现场浓烟滚滚，数里之外能看到浓烟。据知情者讲是屋面防水卷材发生燃烧，具体起火原因以官方发布为准。
