该省鹿邑县公安局原党委委员、政治处主任邱海利用职便为女儿篡改档案年龄，最终实现其“7岁上警校、10岁当公安、长期领工资”。还有6个假户口。目前，邱海山已被移送检察机关依法追究刑事责任。
